这是林肯在葛底斯堡演讲的一段话.

a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people,by the people,for the people,shall not perish from.
这里,by the people翻译成“由民治理”,of the people为“为民所有”,for the people为“为民所享”
那段话的整句意思是“要使这个国家在上帝的庇佑之下,得到新生的自由–要使那民有、民治、民享的政府不致从地球上消失.”
